Promotions Terms and Conditions

Prize Voucher, Terms and Conditions:


Eligibility:

  •  The prize voucher promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years and older.

  • Employees of Tattoo Cartel Toukley and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate:

  • Participants must complete specific tasks as outlined in the promotional material to be eligible to win or enter the draw for a prize voucher.

  • The tasks and entry requirements will be clearly communicated through in-store displays, social media, and the Tattoo Cartel Toukley website.

Prize Vouchers:

  • Prize vouchers are valued at $20, $50 or $100 and can be used towards tattoos with a minimum value of $300 at Tattoo Cartel Toukley.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Only one voucher can be used per tattoo session.

Redemption:

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking to redeem the discount.

  • The discount is applicable only to tattoos and cannot be used for other products or services.

Expiry:

  • Prize vouchers expire 3 months from the date of issue. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

Limitations:

  • Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

  • The promotion is subject to availability and may be limited to a certain number of vouchers.

Program Changes:

  • Tattoo Cartel Toukley reserves the right to modify or terminate the prize voucher promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes to the promotion will be communicated through in-store displays and via the Tattoo Cartel Toukley website.

Compliance:

  • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Tattoo Cartel Toukley reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising from the prize voucher promotion will be resolved at the discretion of Tattoo Cartel Toukley management.


Agreement:

  • Participation in the prize voucher promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
